ALFIE
Lewis is one of the most famous martial artists that has ever graced
the semi-contact mats.
As
a
competitor he was feared and respected by his opponents in equal
measure - not for nothing was he nicknamed The Animal. Why? because he
was a ferocious fighter with a winning instinct second to none.
Off
the
mats he is a true gentleman and a great ambassador for free-style
Karate.
He
runs the Mushin Kai Freestyle Karate Club in Liverpool where he trains
both today's and tomorrow's champions.

LAUNCHED TO CYNTHIA ROTHROCK INCLUDED IN NEW EXPENDABLES MOVIE

By Jerome Maida
As
a typical guy who grew up in the '80s, I absolutely LOVE the idea of
"The
Expendables" and it's sequel..The thought of all these action legends
in
one film was irresistible to me...especially since they don't seem to
make 'em -
the films or the men - that way anymore.
But
me being me, I always thought,
"a female Expendables would be great". So naturally when it was
announced an "Expenda-belles" film was indeed becoming a
reality, I was beyond stoked. A vehicle to showcase all the women who
kick
butts and take names and look great doing it! What could be better?
