Fighting Method is a modern, reality-based self-defence and combat
system, designed so students cover all the areas of self-protection and
self-defence. It has no sport element to it.
DFM
uses modern theories such
as flinch and freeze and body language techniques and blends these with
old martial theories such as the centreline, three point touch, the
power of the circle and high-low theories.
